RK - How to update the RK software?

    to be able to update remotly (or localy via a pc) the robot should be mandatory. After different issues, those has been resolved by an update 2 Times... I have to send back the automower to the closest supplier at 200 km !! lost of time and money for robomow and myself. Please make this happen

    Had to return my mower to service center for a software upgrade. Total waste of time. Maybe it might be able to dock properly now.

    Have more than 200 km to nearest serivce.

    Asked for repair and have to wait 6 weeks to get postadress for my packet for robomower.

    Send it in and it did take another 2 weeks.

    Start it and didnt get ok history in app, it was 3 month old. Mover wasnt able to get in to load-station, had to put it in manualy. Something is wrong but to send it in for another 2 month wait, its better to send it back and buy a new mover but not Robomow.

    If its not possible get new software to it thru app its a B-model.
