1 Beep

  • Mower crossed outside
  • Check that the Perimeter Wire is not too close to the edge or not on a sloped area.
  • Move the mower inside the lawn or away from this particular location and renew the operation.

 

 

  • The mower is stuck in place
  • Check the ground surface. Fill with dirt and level off.
  • Inspect the Drive wheels for foreign material or debris preventing rotation.
  • Lift event detected
  • Check the ground surface. Fill with dirt and level off.
  • Wrong wire connection
  • Swap wire connections at the base station head
 

2 Beeps

  • Check the blade
  • Mow motor overheat
  • Turn mower Off by pressing GO button for two seconds
  • Remove the Disabling Device
  • Lift mower and inspect the blade for foreign material or debris preventing rotation. Use stick to rotate and clean
  • Increase cutting height.
  • Turn mower on, insert Disabling Device back in place, and press GO to try again.
  • Open Robomow App, run Mow test. If failed:
  • Remove the motor, disconnect the motor’s connector, observe for no corrosion on the pins, and connect again. Close the motor and re-check
  • Remove cover, disconnect the motor’s connector on the Main Board side, observe for no corrosion on the pins, and connect again. Close the motor and re-check
  • Call Robomow Hotline for further investigation
  • Replace mow motor and perform mow test.

 

  • Failed?

Connect the original mow motor back on the robot, and replace mow motor cable. Perform mow test.

  • Failed?

Connect the original cable back on the robot, and replace Main Board. Perform mow test

 

 

3 Beeps

 

  • No wire signal
  • Waiting for signal
  • The wire is cut

 

 

  • Confirm power supply is plugged into the power outlet.
  • Check power supply and perimeter wire connection to the Base Station.
  • Check the indication on the Base Station. If the wire is cut, repair it with the provided wire connectors

 

 

 

 

4 Beeps

 

  • Check drive wheels
  • Drive motor overheat

 

 

  • Turn mower Off by pressing GO button for two seconds
  • Inspect the Drive wheels for foreign material or debris preventing rotation.
  • Turn mower on, and press GO to try again.
  • Open Robomow App, run Drive test. If failed:

 

  • Open the cover
  • Disconnect the Drive Motor’s connector, observe for no corrosion on the pins, and connect again. 
  • Re-check the Drive Motors
  • Swap the drive motors connections on the Main Board between right and left
  • Send the robot to mow to observe if the failure still exists on the same side
  • Failure still on the same side?  Replace Drive motor
  • Failure moved to the other side?  Replace Main Board
