I no longer know my theft protection PIN code. What can I do?

In the event that you no longer know the PIN code for theft protection, proceed as follows.

RC Models:

When the four 0 are on the display and you are asked to enter the code, please press the setting button briefly.

A 2-digit code then appears briefly on the display. In this example 01.

There you will find the code in the square brackets.

In the next step, send us the determined code to the following email address:

contact.de@robomow.eu

Please also send the serial number of the robot and as a legitimation that you are the owner of the robot, a photo of the invoice or a photo of the ID card.

We will then send you a new access code.
